Checking and booking invoices, typing up receipts, sorting travel expenses, compiling reports — routine work like this costs hours every day. We set things up so that the computer does it for you: in seconds instead of hours, traceably and without your data ever leaving the building. For many of our clients, this is the most valuable help we offer.
Invoices — incoming and outgoing
Incoming invoices, whether e-invoice, PDF or paper, are read automatically and prepared for your accounting: supplier, amount, tax, account, cost center. Your own invoices we create and send in the legally required e-invoice format — with approval, protection against invoices being recorded twice, and handover to your accounting.
Far more than invoices
The same principle helps throughout the working day: travel expense claims that fill themselves in from a photo of the receipt and are checked against tax rules, and regular reports that are produced at the push of a button — or entirely on their own — instead of through tedious manual work.

We do not send your documents to a third-party cloud provider. Text recognition and artificial intelligence run on our own computers on our premises — your documents and figures stay where they belong.
